Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cadding, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Cadding provides a browser-based 3D design and engineering platform, including geometry processing, AI-native design assistance, and project management tools.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of the service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Cadding offers premium subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.

  • 7-Day Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will be charged after the trial period ends unless you cancel before it expires.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of the designs and data you create on Cadding. By using the service, you grant Cadding a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Cadding platform, including the editor, geometry engine, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by Cadding Inc.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
  • Use the service for illegal activities or to create designs for illegal objects.
  • Interfere with the performance or security of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cadding is provided as is without warranty of any kind. Cadding Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
